HOW TO Mix Paints and Create INCREDIBLE Pearl Pours! NO Silicone or Satin Enamels!

I accidentally deleted my first video of this so I had to re-upload...facepalm. I've had quite a few people asking for a tutorial on how I mix my paints for my pearl pours. This is my own recipe that I've devised after many experiments. No Aussie Floetrol, silicone or satin enamels!
