Coffee Buns Recipe
Dough: 375g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
4 g (1 tsp) instant dry yeast
50 g (4tbsp) sugar
42 g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted.
1 egg, beaten.
250 ml (1 cup) warm milk
3 g (1/2 tsp) salt
Topping: 56 g (4 tbsp) softened unsalted butter
50 g (4 tbsp) fine-granulated sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tbsp strong black coffee or espresso
75 g (2/3 cup) all-purpose flour
Filling: 50 g salted butter, cut into 8 cubes.
