How to Bake Fluffy Lemon Mamon

Every Filipino's favorite. I also use this lemon mamon or lemon chiffon as the base for my Yema Cake and Crema de Fruita.

Ingredients: Yields 18 pcs
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/3 cup sugar

Wet Ingredients:
4 eggyolks
1/4 + 2 Tbsp. water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
drops of lemon extract

Meringue:
4 egg whites
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
