Do you value your worth?

It might surprise you to know that I spent much of my life not fully valuing my self-worth.

Even more surprising, I've discovered through my years of coaching that being insecure about self-worth is extremely common.

So many of us value our self-worth by what we can do for others, not by understanding who we are

We have a habit of defining ourselves based on how we think other people see us...
. . . someone’s bad mood can send you tumbling down
. . . someone’s approval can make you soar
. . . it’s exhausting!

When you recognize this is a problem, you now have the power to do something different.

While I think it’s great to do kind things for others, when we do them to validate who we are, it can interfere with what we want from life.

Whatever your desire, it comes down to understanding how to improve your self-worth from within.

Your beliefs about your worthiness will directly affect the amount of ease you can create in your life. This is the main reason some people find that the “Law of Attraction” becomes blocked or hits a ceiling. No matter what they do, their situation remains the same.

Clearing these obstacles is a lifelong journey. The bright side is, you’ll never get bored because there will always be more to learn about yourself!

Trust me. . . there’s so much more possible for you, and self-worth is the key!

The door is there. All you have to do is open it.
