Why do we need to manage people?

Creating a positive and supportive workplace environment – Effective people management leads to employees who feel supported, who are then more likely to be happy, engaged, and have a positive attitude at work. That contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere for everyone.

Why we control money?

People need to control money to achieve financial stability, security, and freedom, allowing them to cover their present and future needs, build wealth, and live life on their own terms. Without control, individuals may struggle with debt, be vulnerable to financial stress, and find themselves unable to achieve long-term goals or cope with emergencies. 

Why we control our past?

The past often tries to make you look at the world through the lens of fear or place you in a survival mindset. We keep the past for our lesson learned to improve better future plans.
