It is said that the record of galbitang appeared at the king's court banquet table setting in the 1890s, and it is believed that beef ribs were tasted from the Goryeo Dynasty. The trick to make is to cut beef ribs into 5~6cm pieces and boil them thoroughly so that the meat on the bones falls in plain water.
