We have doubled up on the cover/back to make it chunky yet leaving an elegant finish with oak veneer on the outer layer, for added protection. The inner layer is ply wood, giving a natural feel when you open the book.

Since most guests books are made with 2 chicago screws, we decided to use 3 chicago screws instead on each hinge so your pages stay in better shape over time. We use 160gsm card, the perfect weight to allow your pages to bend whilst minimising creasing on the inside folds.
