Learning objectives include:
1. Understand how dysfunction of multiple genes - known as polygenicity - leads to pathogenesis of common as well as rare developmental disorders.
2. Analyze the relationship between polygenic mutation in the genome and multiple disruptions of fundamental developmental mechanisms that lead to behavioral deficits in developmental disorders.
