We Landed at Meteor Crater & That Corner in Winslow Arizona!

We had such a GREAT TIME visiting Meteor Crater in Northern Arizona, we would recommend it to anyone! It was so much more than just a hole in the ground with a Gift Shop! There was an indoor ride suitable for adults and children alike, plus an entire interactive museum, the largest peice of the crater ever found, a short movie, various observation decks, and a guided tour on the rim of the crater at no extra cost! There was also a full-service snack bar with plenty of variety and reasonable prices, plus the afore-mentioned Gift Shop. We did everything we could possibly do at the Crater, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to you, too!

About Us:

Hi! We are Mike & Kerry, the proud owners of a 1992 Bluebird rear engine (pusher), 40' school bus! We named her Bussy McBusface in honor of the RRS Boaty McBoatface travesty!
We built a Tiny-Home-in-a-Bus for full-time living in the most adventure-friendly way possible! In other words, Bussy will not be parked in our driveway, waiting for weekend or holiday getaways... when we finish the build, we'll be packing everything we're keeping into the bus and driving away from this old house forever!
We plan to be boondocking the majority of the time, so you'll see that reflected in our choices throughout the build (100 gallon water tank, composting toilet, solar power system, etc).
