Sliding Door Weatherstrip Rubber Seal Replacement | Renault Master iii (2010-2018) | VANred

Hi,

In this episode, I show you how I replace the weatherstrip rubber seal of the sliding door on a Renault Master III (from 2010). The principle is the same for an Opel Movano or a Nissan NV400.

The existing rubber seal was damaged by the sliding door. The rail at the bottom was sagging or bent, causing the roller door mechanism to hit the rubber. In addition to replacing the rubber, I also bent the rails back into place to prevent damage in the future. Unfortunately, I didn't film that part. Oops!

Hoi,

In deze aflevering laat ik zien hoe ik de tochtstrip rubber afdichting van de schuifdeur vervang op een Renault Master III (vanaf 2010). Het principe is hetzelfde voor een Opel Movano of een Nissan NV400.

De bestaande rubberen afdichting was beschadigd door de schuifdeur. De rail aan de onderkant was doorgezakt of verbogen, waardoor het roldeurmechanisme het rubber raakte. Naast het vervangen van het rubber heb ik ook de rails weer op hun plaats gebogen om schade in de toekomst te voorkomen. Helaas heb ik dat deel niet gefilmd. Oeps!
