"Paloc" Soup recipe - The Hungarian Traditional Dish

Paloc Soup (Palócleves) is considered a part of traditional Hungarian gastronomy nowadays.
Paloc Soup recipe is a lighter and a bit sour version of goulash and has been prepared with lamb traditionally. Cook with the addition of wax or green beans, dill, and sour cream.
"Paloc" Soup recipe - The Hungarian Traditional Dish - Just a little information: The Palóc are a subgroup of Hungarians in Northern Hungary and Southern Slovakia.

Ingredients:
- 500 g lamb fillet (or pork or beef)
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsley root
- 1 onion
- 200 g potatoes
- 250 g wax (or green) bean
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp lard
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 liters of water or stock
- pepper, salt, caraway, paprika
- fresh or dried dill
