Griddle Surface Thermometer Review

This griddle surface is a nice asset to griddle cooking but I do not think that it is a necessity for new griddle owners. I enjoy the thermometer but if you are going to get just one I would recommend getting an infrared thermometer before you buy this one. I enjoy having both but the infrared is definitely better.
