Haitian Illegal Immigrant Bludgeons Mom-Of-Two To Death With Hammer In Broad Daylight

An accused migrant killer has confessed to targeting a woman at a gas station, with the intent to kill her, according to court documents. 40-year-old Rolbert Joachin has been charged with second degree murder, as the Department of Homeland Security reports that he is in the U.S. illegally.
