Retailers Cautious as Last-Minute Shoppers Pack Stores
The deadline has passed in order for presents to be delivered in time for Christmas so many retailers have been planning for a last-minute rush of shoppers. A Stew Leonard’s grocery store in New York took precautions to keep shoppers safe as they came in to buy what they needed for their holiday meals. The store limited capacity to 250 customers, half of their regular allowance. They also marked the floors throughout the store to help shoppers keep their distance.
