How It Works:

The Body Building Push Ups Board uses an innovative color-coded training system that strengthens your entire upper body (chest, shoulders, back, and arms) while engaging your core.

In just 30 minutes a day, you will develop muscles, build upper and lower body strength, burn calories, and lose weight.

Each color coordinates to a different muscle group (see image below).

There are 9 total positions. A full workout consists of doing the full 9 positions 2-3 times, with sets of 4-8 push up repetitions in each set.
