On 4 September 2021 I walked to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao. In the yard of the museum I saw a quite strange picture of a cleaning man blowing out leaflets. For a moment I thought that it was a performance, but immediately realized that it was not, since there was no audience, there was not a single person who would watch it. Then I thought that this was probably cleaning up after some artistic act, which involved throwing leaflets around.

I harried up to document this process. It seemed to me an interesting readymade.

Imagine my surprise when I found a protest action at the entrance to the museum. The museum cleaners (mostly female) protested. The protest was about low salaries: 600 euros a month for Bilbao is, however, very little. And very little for such a rich and world famous museum, which seems to me shameful.

As it turned out, the cleaners scattered in protest littering around the museum the leaflets with description of the problem. But at the end the cleaner, specially engaged for this, still had to blow out these leaflets and remove them from the territory.
