10 Hours Black Screen Thunderstorm with Rain and light hail Sound For Sleeping

Enjoy the street evening thunderstorm and rain with light hail that will instantaneously make you go to sleep. Please share your experience with the sound on the comment section.
Thunderstorm sound is helpful when it comes to falling asleep because it distracts some people from their thoughts, therefore, making it easier to fall asleep.
Rain with some light hail added to the thunderstorm makes us stay in bed, and difficult to wake up when it is raining outside. Rain sound provides or helps us relax and fall asleep.
Everybody had this experience of not wanting to wake up from bed when there is rain outside or colder weather.
We love rain sounds because it masks the annoying noises that we don't like at night or sleeping in general.

These tips are from my experiences using rain sounds to sleep. I have tried different ways of using rain sounds, and these listed here are my most successful ones.

Tip No. 1

The first important step is preparation before bedtime.
My best sleeping days are always after a HIIT workout. I usually take a warm bath after the HIIT workout, accompanied by a cup of tea.

Tip No. 2
The sound for your sleep.
Your speakers need to be in the right position.
Sounds are most effective when placed between yourself in bed and the source of noise of disruption.
Through different testing positions, you will find a place that well fits you.

Sound Volume:
There is a simple rule here; if you sleep near loud noise, the sound speakers should be closer.
On the other hand, if you are in a quiet environment, the speakers can be placed further from you.

Tip No. 3
Benefits of the sound
1. Helps you find a sleep time routine
2. provides quietness in your bedroom
3. It puts your busy brain to rest
4. It prevents you from having short periods of sleep
5. You will sleep longer
6. you can have it anywhere, provided you have a playing medium with you.
