Improving Child's Vision Performance: 3 Tips for Parents

More of our kids are increasingly on devices and that is a contributing factor in the rise of nearsightedness. More kids are getting nearsighted than ever before. Here are three tips I provide for parents to help reduce eye strain in kids.

Tip #1: Limit their time on their electronic devices.

Tip #2: Offer alternatives. Encourage your child to spend some time playing outdoors.

Tip #3: When child is studying, have them take frequent breaks from looking close up & they should have a good posture.

Bonus Tip: 20-20-20 Rule:
Break every 20 minutes, Look 20 feet away, For 20 seconds.
