The first thing Coach Lee wants you to know is that you do have time to get your ex back.

You don't have to attempt to force things to happen right now because it won't work. Time is part of the process of getting your ex back.

Right after a breakup your ex isn't in the frame of mind to be talked into coming back to you, no matter how convincing you think you are.

Some time needs to pass in order for your ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend to be receptive to getting back together. Several things have to happen including your ex getting past the "relief," stage.
