Prowler Tribute

So here’s my Prowler Tribute. I admit that I never thought about this guy that much before mainly because I’ve always thought of him as more of an anti-hero kinda like Black Cat and Silver Sable. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just I mostly only care about villains. But then I saw the Into the Spider-Verse movie and I was very impressed with what they did with him in there. They turned him into a full blown dark and evil assassin and yet gave him an excellent character arc that made him very tragic in the end. I also liked how he served as both the secondary antagonist and the Uncle Ben character for Miles Morales which puts a unique spin on the traditional Spider-Man origin story. In conclusion, while I think Into the Spider-Verse is kinda overrated (mainly because I really dislike that movie’s versions of Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Scorpion, and Tombstone), they definitely did this character justice. He’s honestly one of the best comic book movie villains we’ve gotten in recent years and definitely one of my favorite Spider-Man movie villains overall. Next up should be Molten Man.
