Resident Evil 2 Remake - Rooms Where You Are Safe From The Tyrant

When the Tyrant starts chasing you around RPD it can often be a pain. Here is a video showing which rooms are safe and which ones are not. It should make avoiding the Tyrant a lot easier and waste less time running away from him.
This video also shows that the rumor "all dead end rooms are safe" is not completely true.

Rooms you are safe:
Chief's Office 2F (Claire only)
Dark Room 1F
Clock Tower 2F/3F
S.T.A.R.S. Office 2F
Under the Goddess Statue 1F
Boiler Room 1F (Leon only)
Interrogation/Observation Room 1F
(The Tyrant will not enter the Watchmen's Room 1F as long as the shutter is down!)

Rooms you are not safe:
Art Room 2F (A licker will spawn here in scenario B)
Bathroom 1F (Tyrant doesn't care if it is the ladies)
Press Room 1F
Linen Room 2F
Safety Deposit Room 1F
Records Room 1F
Rooftop Ladder 2F/3F

Other ways to make it easier to avoid alerting the Tyrant:
Walk don't run
Don't slam doors
Don't shoot mindlessly
Avoid zombies as their sounds will attract the Tyrant

Some of the ways you can trigger the Tyrant:
Detonating the C4 in the West Storage Room
Going towards the helicopter when the flames are gone
Passing the S.T.A.R.S. office (Scenario B only)
Opening the Jail Cell Doors (Leon only)
Halfway through Ada's segment (Leon only)
Obtaining the Senior Upgrade Chip (Leon only)
Escaping the Lab (Leon only)
On the way to the Orphanage (Claire only)
On the way to the sewers (Claire only and after this point he completely stops chasing you for spoiler reasons)
