Mel's Chronic Pain Comeback 💪

Working with Mel over the past year has truly been one of my greatest joys. As soon as I read her answers to my coaching application, I KNEW in my bones we would be a PERFECT fit!

From the beginning, she has showed up for our sessions and herself in the ways that best fit her. She listened to my coaching guidance- even when life was lifing and it felt like the world was crashing down. She still showed up for her🙌🏻
