Learn to Fly - Paragliding in Spain - Day 1

In September 2016, we travelled to Algodonales in Spain to complete a paragliding course with Zero Gravity. It was an awesome adventure that we would recommend to everyone! Follow us on our two-week journey from zero to hero, as we learn how to paraglide. This is the first video of the series, with one being posted every weekend.

On the first day of the course, we cover some paragliding theory at the Zero Gravity classroom, head out to the lake for a quick dip over lunchtime, and spend the evening at Poniente from where we do our first tandem paragliding flight with Jose and Javi. The day is a great first introduction to the sport for me, and a good reminder for Joshua on what it feels like to fly a paraglider. The weather in Algodonales was perfect and we were super excited for the next few days, when we would learn how to fly the paragliders ourselves, and hopefully graduate with an Adventure Pilot license within after two weeks!
