【Rose妈妈】马铃薯焖鸡 | mǎ líng shǔ mèn jī
材料(6人份):
鸡腿 三块
红萝卜 一条
马铃薯 四粒
洋葱 两粒
姜 三片
蒜 四瓣
调味料:
盐 半茶匙
绍兴酒 一汤匙
蚝油 一汤匙
黑酱油 一汤匙
酱油 两茶匙
热水 适量
事先准备:
1)鸡腿和鸡肉块 切块
2)红萝卜和马铃薯 去皮切块
3)洋葱 去皮撕片
4)姜 切片
5)蒜 各一半拍碎

1 carrot
4 potatoes
2 onion
3 pieces ginger
1 garlic
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs Shaoxing wine
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs dark soy sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
Hot water
Pre-preparation:
1) Chicken legs cut into pieces
2) Carrots and potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
3) Peeled onion
4) Ginger cut into 3 sliced
5) Smashed garlic
