A "seconds glass" (not an hour glass) to help understand rate of blood loss and to feel BP

In a previous video I tried to see if my 6 year old had the strength in his finger to hold back 120mmHg, which is equivalent to 163cmH20. He could with no problem. But that demo made me think about how fast a liter of blood can be lost when a large artery is lacerated.

This device helps refine that demo a bit. For a smaller vessel, you have more time. But for a larger arterial bleed, there's barely a moment to think. Running anywhere for a bleeding control device just takes too long.

To me, having bleeding control devices in pockets (EDC) is the way to go.
