How To Remove Real Dreadlocks/ Combing Out Dreadlocks Type 4 Hair (Before and After)

Long story short, my dreadlocks were not formed by twisting, my mum just never combed my hair. Then, as the strands started to clump together, she'd split them by pulling them apart. I'd had dreadlocks all my life. I cut them when I was 14 because I was bored and wanted layers. Then they started to thin out...*What was I thinking?* I didn't have a clue on how to maintain them and keep them healthy. 6 years later, my hair had still never really recovered.

After giving it a lot of thought, I decided to remove my dreads and here's how I did it.
