Duration and frequency of your workouts aren't the only things you should be focusing on to get results. Maximise your precious time to get the results you seek.

* Consistency is key. Consistently training 3 times a week is far better than inconsistently training 5 times.

* Take care of yourself ,mamas, when not training. Recovery is just as important as training. Recovery begins the second you finish training, and nutrition and rest are key to effective recovery. Over-training can lead to burnout, injury, and hinder progress.

For a working mom, time is a premium, and stress is high. The idea of fitting in 5 workouts is often impossible, unrealistic, stressful, and can be counter productive to your commitments as a mother.
