Our hosts, Bryan and Anna, visit the best boulangeries in Paris to find the best baguettes, french bread, and pastries in town, getting an inside view of how the award-winning Maison Kayser (who serves bread to the President of the nation) bakes its one-of-a-kind breads. They interview the company's marketing manager, who tours us through the bakery's kitchen. Our hosts also interview the owner of A La Flute Gana bakery to gain a better understanding of the bread-making culture in France.
