Cheese Burgers on the Lodge 14" Cast Iron Griddle

I am loving learning to use this Griddle. Today, I'm just cooking some basic cheese burgers over charcoal. In hind sight, I actually used too much charcoal and the burgers seared a little too much, but they still tasted awesome! We are always learning here! lol
