We've known Lisa for a long time. She's a friend of ours and so I think when you trust a friend to do business together, it could go really well, or it could go not so great. Lisa, more than delivered.

We were going through the process of purchasing a home, and there was a major curveball that was thrown our way. Before we even found out about it, Lisa already had a plan to resolve the problem. I'm typically a person that stresses about these sorts of big plans, but I didn't.

Thankfully we had Lisa that helped us to navigate those curveballs and she was always calm. She seemed to always have a solution to a problem. She was constantly reassuring us, and I think that's kind of a testament to the process and the preparation that Lisa put in.

You are not going to find a Realtor that markets better than Lisa. You're just not going to. I would urge you to check out her Instagram, check out her social media. You can see the type of work that she puts into marketing a house.

I doubt that you would find a Realtor that's going to be more prepared. I don't imagine that you would find a Realtor that's going to have the contacts that Lisa does and I think that she brings her own personality and enthusiasm to the process. That definitely calmed our fears.

In the past, we've worked with some Realtors where
we didn't sense a lot of value that the Realtor was bringing to the process. That was the opposite experience of how things went with Lisa.

She’s very well organized, somebody who's very competent, who has your interests at heart, an ethical, honest Realtor. I think that's what Lisa brings to the table.

The amount of organization and contacts that Lisa had to pull off a transaction that quickly, of buying and selling a home, was phenomenal.
