What happens if USCIS Accuses Me of Fraud?

What happens if USCIS accuses me of fraud? A client came in to see us this morning because USCIS accused his marriage-based case of fraud. There are a lot of potential consequences with a fraud finding or even a fraud allegation. Immigration fraud is considered a federal crime.
That being said, you need to take it very seriously. Even if you're giving up on the case, you're going to want to hire an attorney to appeal the finding in the case you ever want to try again down the line. We've had a lot of cases where USCIS likes to throw out the "fraud" word because they believe it scares people away. We can help you fight back.
