How to build a lightsaber from PCV - Lights and Rechargeable Battery - $35

In this video I am going to show you how to build a lightsaber with a rechargeable battery pack from PVC pipe. The set up is simple enough, and the final project cost between $25 - $45. I say that because most of the stuff I had laying around the house anyway.
