Brooklyn Extreme calisthenics Routines: 2.5 Minuttes of Iso'
Here’s a classic iso routine consisting of 30sec holds in 3 different positions. The 1st part was recorded in 2011 and the 2nd was in 2017. The purpose was to show the progression. Don’t worry for all the critics I have something special that I’m working on and after it’s accomplished hopefully you can help me improve on another attribute.
