I ran a 5k everyday for 30 days because I wanted to challenge myself. How much better can a total beginner get at running in 1 month.

I chose to start running 3 miles (5 kilometres/km) as a total beginner because I thought this was a good place to start! I chose to run for 4 weeks because I wanted to run for a long enough time to see an improvement. Also if you wanted to know what the results are after running 5k every day, I actually lost weight - 5kg!! I didn't necessarily do this challenge to lose weight but it is great to see those results
