1/4 cup oil
2 bay leaves
2 cardomons
2 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
4 pepper corns
1 star anise
3 slit whole green chillies
2 medium onions sliced

500 grams chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp rock salt optional
1 tsp coriander powder
few drops kevera essence

1 small tomato sliced
few mint leaves
500 grams basmati rice washed and soaked 30 minutes
food colour optional
1 tsp desi ghee for flavour
