Rotiboy Coffee Bun! Easy and incredibly tasty recipe!

This rotiboy recipe I founded only and give it a try during my weekend. My family like to drink coffee and bread, so today I make this coffee bun for them. It is really delicious and simple. If you enjoy making bread or cake, you will know how enjoy I am for doing this bun. The most important is that, they really like to eat this rotiboy coffee bun and ask me to do more next time. You can do this as a weekend activity with your children and family. Then it can become breakfast or eat during teatime together with a cup of coffee, you will definitely like it. Not only the taste of coffee topping is good, the bread is also soft and filled with the salted butter, the combination of coffee, soft bun and salted butter are simply perfect and tasty! Ingredients:

Recipe for 6pcs Coffee Buns

1.) Making Bread
Warm Milk (40°C) x 150g
Instant Dry Yeast x 5g
Castor Sugar x 3g
High Protein Flour/Bread Flour x 250g
Milk Powder x 13.5g
Castor Sugar x 45g
½ Egg
Unsalted Butter (Soften) x 35g
Salt x 3g

2.) Making Fillings= (5g x 6pcs)
Total 30g Salted Butter (Cold)

3.) Coffee Topping
Instant Coffee Powder x 3g
Hot Water x 5g
Unsalted Butter (Soften) x 35g
Castor Sugar x 35g
½ Egg
Low Protein Flour/Cake Flour x 35g

(Preheated Oven 180C: 15minutes)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
