I often get asked how I kept myself motivated enough to build my business, even while working a 9-5 job.

See, there's a problem with trying to stay constantly motivated to build a business. It's just not possible to be motivated 24/7, and what happens during those times where you don't have the motivation?

That's why it's so important to not rely on being motivated as an entrepreneur. Instead, set yourself up so that you can get the work done even when you don't have the drive.

Relying on motivation is a great way to have inconsistent progress. In the beginning building your business is a job, so treat it like one. You can't skip out on your job when you aren't feeling it.

Don't wait for your bursts of motivation to get the work done, the work should get done regardless of how motivated you feel.
