Bahan "Pisang goreng kremes" :
3 buah pisang kepok
Kremesan :
175 gram tepung tapioka/Aci
2 SDM (30 gram) tepung beras
Sejumput garam
1/2 sdt backing powder
1 kuning telur
400 ml air
Toping sesuai selera (me 100 gram dcc, keju parut, choco ball)

*Dari 1 resep kremesan cukup untuk 8-10 buah pisang kepok
*1 pisang kepok jadi 2 tusuk dg size yg lumayan gede kalau di jual 3000an per tusuk masih masuk dan merakyat lah ya...:) (Harga jual bisa di sesuaikan dg daerah masing2)
ENG Ingredients Ingredients "Crunchy Fried Banana" :
3 kepok bananas
Order:
175 grams of tapioca flour
2 TBSP (30 grams) of rice flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon backing powder
1 egg yolk
400 ml of water
Toping according to taste (me 100 grams dcc, grated cheese, choco ball)

* From 1 recipe enough for 8-10 banana kepok
* 1 banana kepok becomes 2 sticks with a size that is quite large if sold 3000idr per stick is still in and popular huh ... :) (Selling price can be adjusted according to each region)
