A year after Makers Central, the Browncoats are still fighting the good fight; the fight for knowledge, the fight to be free, the fight that makes the worlds better places.

Ever since she was freed from the gasp of the Alliance, River has struggled to find her identity and maintain her sanity. After Kaylee encourages her to make her own life, River does some soul-searching and jumps into action. What better way to display every bit of pretty from Browncoats - in worlds near and far - then to build monument to the Independents and everything for which they stand. Pretty cunning, don't you think?
