Hips and Wrists: Two VERY important parts to look after, especially if you do a lot of work with kettlebells and/or practice Martial Arts.

Try implementing one round of this Mobility Circuit at the end (or beginning) of your workout to keep those joints healthy!

A1.
▪️Kneeling Mountain Climber + Hip Flexor Pull Forward/Back
▪️3 Reps/Leg

A2.
▪️Wrist Lean (4 Reps)
▪️Wrist Peel (4 Reps)
▪️Wrist Pin Elbow Circles (10/Arm)
