0:17 - For this section, shoot any enemies in the legs so they don't transform into parasites. The part at 1:49 is a good example of what can happen so don't make the same mistake I did.

1:25 - Insert the wheel before throwing the Flash Grenade. It'll buy you a bit more time.

3:34 - There will be 2 waves of enemies on the bottom with you then they'll stop spawning. Take them out as quickly as you can so you can focus on protecting Ashley.

6:30 - If you're running low on healing or wanna sell them for some extra cash, feel free to grab some fish. There's about 4 of them here.

7:15 - If you need gunpowder, you can buy the ones from the merchant. Just make sure to save one for Chapter 9 as you may need it.

8:15 - I got lucky here but if there are enemies nearby, throw a Flash Grenade so you can safely grab the treasure.

10:45 - Wait for the 2 enemies to put their shields in front of them before throwing the grenade as for some reason the shields won't break if you do it too early.

11:34 - You can shoot the, whatever it is, with your pistol but I find it finicky to do so I just use a grenade instead as it's much easier.

11:38 - Remember to pull this lever over wise you'll have to jump down at 12:19 and pull that one.

15:54 - Careful not to go too far forward as this will trigger the dogs to break out.

18:32 - Wait for the 3 enemies to pass under you before dropping down as one of them has a tendency to grab you while you're in a recovery animation. Plus it allows you to take them out from behind.

19:29 - As long as you run straight to the door, the dogs will never incapacitate Ashley but if by some chance they do just run inside and Ashley will teleport to you.

21:14 - You can also use a Flash Grenade for this trick but I like to use a grenade instead since they're less valuable.

23:59 - Try and stay in the middle of the room so when Ashley throws the lanterns, they don't land next to the wall as this makes it a lot trickier to lure the knights into the fire.

26:26 - You shouldn't ever need them but if you're running low on large or small resources feel free to buy the ones from the merchant.
