Tesla cars hold their value far more than most cars out there, and that means for those who are looking to buy one used it's often impossible to find one within their price range.

But as Model S ages, we're now starting to see more and more early Model S examples drop below $30,000 U.S. (or even $25,000 U.S.). This makes them cheaper than many new non-Tesla electric cars... but should you buy one?
