It has been confirmed this morning that Lewis Hamilton has tested positive for COVID-19 and so will miss this weekend’s F1 Sakhir Grand Prix. But who will replace him? Also, Haas confirms Nikita Mazepin for 2021 and Pietro Fittipaldi will fill in for Romain Grosjean in Sakhir.
