Dan Andrews' 'unreasonable iron hand' responsible for 'violent' response to COVID protests
Sky News contributor Prue MacSween has slammed the “violent” response from the Victorian Police during COVID protests.
A judge has ruled the violence from the Victoria Police during the COVID lockdown protests in 2021 as 'unjustified'.
“I’m not an apologist for the police … but we have to point the finger at Andrews, the Premier,” Ms MacSween said.
“He was ruling that state with an unreasonable iron hand.
“He was demanding measures that were absolutely an infringement on people’s human rights.
“He is, to me, as culpable as the police who did seriously overstep the mark.”
