Are you a first-time buyer or a property investor waiting and hoping for a housing market crash? Is it really a good idea to wait for a property crash or not?

House prices may go up or down and there is a lot of market predictions in 2021. It is hard to know what way real estate prices will go. But are you taking a bigger risk from inaction?

In this video, I am asking the question, is it worth waiting for the next property crash assuming you are ready to buy a home now and on the fence. It is a personal decision but perhaps it is worth asking the question.

Perhaps we are in a housing bubble and a crash may happen.

The example provide in the video is a simple example there is a lot of layers you could add, including interest, negativity equity, positive equity, repair costs, freedom of movement and a host more.

Also, a third option is to move overseas. However, I am focusing on the idea of buying now or hoping for a property crash.
