In this video, Rebecca shares her journey from joining a LEMP scholarship programme in 2020 to building a successful career in Software Testing and becoming the Chief of Staff at LEMP.

After participating in LEMP's Career Development Programme, Rebecca secured a customer service role and later became an active volunteer within the organisation, supporting student onboarding, training coordination, and community activities.

When faced with challenges in her workplace, Rebecca decided to enrol in LEMP's Software Testing Scholarship Programme. The training helped her secure her first QA role and begin a new career in technology. She later completed LEMP's Automation Testing Programme, gained experience with tools such as Selenium, and progressed from QA Engineer to Senior QA Engineer.

Today, Rebecca serves as the Chief of Staff at LEMP while continuing to grow her career within the Quality Engineering profession.
