RO Water Filter Major Service

Changing the RO membrane, sanitizing the system, and adding a permeate pump to improve performance. Yes I know it's long, couldn't figure a way to reduce the time as I was changing everything out. Disclaimer, I'm not a professional at this, just a home owner trying to keep his running. If you break something following my example, I'm not responsible.
PS. After changing the system, TDS readings were still high for quite some time since there was unfiltered water left in the system from the flush. After emptying the system several times to fill the dog bowl the TDS reading came down and I'm consistently 90% rejection rate on a filter advertised for 96% (not uncommon for them to not hit their ratings to my understanding, but still better than what was removed.)
