Boneless 500gms
Butter 60gms
Garlic 1tsp
Black cardamom 1/4 tsp
Green cardamom 1/2tsp
Salt 1tsp

Yakhni (Gravy)

Yoghurt 400gms
Egg 1
Ginger Garlic paste 2tsp
Cloves 2
Cinnamon stick 2-3
Black cardamom 2
Green cardamom 8
Ginger powder 1tsp
Fennal powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Clarified Butter 1tbs
Dry mint leaves 1tsp
Oil 1/2cup
