Kelly Osbourne has been pictured looking fantastic after losing almost six stone in weight and the reality star and actress has been open about her weight loss after admitting to having gastric sleeve surgery back in 2018. Kelly said: “I had surgery; I don’t give a f*** what anyone has to say. I did it, I’m proud of it, they can suck s**t. I did the gastric sleeve.”

But not all celebs are so honest when it comes to their own weight journeys. Do people in the public eye have a duty to their fans to be honest about how they lose weight? Janet certainly thinks so.
