MGS The Twin Snakes - Boss Survival (Hard, Non-Lethal)
The Twin Snakes' special game mode Boss Survival done non-lethally on max. difficulty.
Interestingly enough this is actually harder to accomplish than the Big Boss rank. For some reason the bosses do more damage in this mode on Hard than they do on Extreme in the main game. On top of that there are no checkpoints or health refills and to my knowledge you only get one ration throughout the whole ordeal.
